TRIGG’S WILL PROVIDE STYROFOAM PLATES, BOWLS & CUPS, PLASTIC EATING UTENSILS, ICE, SWEETENERS, SALT & PEPPER PACKETS & SERVING UTENSILS. 

For 100 + guests, the food items will be held in our insulated cambro containers.  Using your tables, we will set-up a “Buffet Style” Serving Procession, creating two simultaneous serving lines.  Our staff would be present to monitor & replenish the food.

For 50 – 99 guests, the food items will be packaged in insulated aluminum pans.  Our staff will leave all food and other equipment for your guests to serve themselves.  All equipment delivered is then yours to keep.  All deliveries will be subject to a delivery & set-up charge, which will be dependent on the delivery location.
